As we know cinema appeals to many different age groups, our film's genre is such a popular genre that we feel our media product would appeal also to many different age and social groups. However we did feel it was easier to attract and address a younger audience using the internet such as Facebook. From using our audience research we found that facebook was the easiest way to receive feedback and thoughts on our product from a wide range of age groups not just the younger generation again however its the younger generation that are most comfortable using pages such as facebook so they pass there knowledge onto the older generations.
By creating a group page for our Media product, our audience could keep up to date with where abouts we are on our product and give all of their thoughts directly to us.
We found from our audience research that the conventions were good as people could recognise the genre and think they know what may happen as the film goes on.
